Sunny Menghi embarked on his academic journey in Law at Panjab University, earning his bachelor's degree. He then pursued his post-graduation studies at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, specializing in Energy Laws. Notably, Mr Menghi also completed an intensive three-month course on Intellectual Property Rights from the prestigious Federation of Indian Chambers Industry (FICCI), followed by "General Course On Intellectual Property" and "Introduction to The Patent Cooperation Treaty" both hosted by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) academy's distance learning.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity to delve into the realms of energy and the environment, Mr Menghi actively engaged in various research endeavours during his LLM studies; notable among them are his contributions to projects such as "Techno-Legal Aspects of Carbon Emissions" and "The Emerging Biofuel Sector as an Eco-friendly Alternative." His academic prowess shone through in his dissertation titled "Carbon Credit: A Catalyst for Sustainable Development - A Comparative Analysis between India and China," illuminating the challenges of environmental preservation and sustainable progress.

Following the successful completion of his master's degree, Mr Menghi, in the year 2017, embarked on a professional journey that led him to the hallowed halls of the Lucknow District Court and the esteemed High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench. Subsequently, from the year 2018 onwards, Mr Menghi embarked on his ongoing professional journey within the esteemed precincts of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh, District Courts in the Tri-City region, DRT, Consumer Forums, Railway Claims Tribunal, Chandigarh where he astutely navigated the intricate area of litigation, such as civil, criminal, matrimonial, adoption & guardianship, bails, service matter, writs, trademark, corporate, etc.

Armed with an extensive reservoir of knowledge and practical acumen, Mr Menghi demonstrates an unwavering commitment to navigating the intricate landscape of all domains of law with finesse.
